How many more players are there now compared with 2009? What's the Entitlement* ratio?



*Entitlement Ratio = Number of tickets logged for "That's not fair" vs Number of tickets logged for actual issues.

Hold on, CCP has customer support? I thought they just deleted all petitions and laughed at the nubs who sent them in.

I remember back in the day if u petitioned something the next am my time business hours Iceland time you would have a response (2-3 days tops) now it takes weeks. Test Ship Reimbursement was quicker than CCP'S current petition system and that's not acceptable LOL

I'd wager the petition system would be faster if people wouldn't clog it full of hurt feelings.

I mean, think about it. They actually do have to take the time to read and reply to all of these. Figures that it's been about a year since James 315 got started, and bingo, you have your answer. "Bumping is griefing, they should be banned!" is probably about 80% of the petitions they recieve. I'd be surprised if they don't have a form letter for it by now.

They fired 25% of employees couple years ago and somehow I think they didn't hire new people (accumulating money instead - to be ready for new Jita riots and shrinking of subscriptions amount).
