Fine :) - there are several ships that got mentioned a few times. I guess we all had those special moments during play - seeing some ships for the first time.. always remembering them afterwards. But we all may also be based, depending on what we experienced, what we fly ourself ;). We also know that some classes just have special ships that stand out, or get more widely used than others. For example: Vagabond anyone? (That one also looks really amazing after the design upgrade)

Thats why meant it a little in the "for non eve players" way, who may only see the occasional news... or trailers. Ships that also have "representative" values. Ships that tell you if you ever run across them again "yes thats eve". There have been some ships mentioned in this thread, that for sure have this special value for us, that have been big stepping stones. Maybe we really should compile a list of those ships, and put it up somewhere.

When I first started looking into eve I stumbled upon the Item DB and found the ships category, naturally I clicked battleships, randomly hit caldari then found the wonderful scorpion who's appearance I loved immediately oh this was pre-tyrannis so then they changed it and added moar sexy (not that there was anything wrong with the old one)

It's so badass looking <3

Also Rifter, Apocalypse, Maelstrom, (most any bs tbh) Moa (be honest!!!) Thorax, probably merlin too
Oh and the Tristan is cool because it looks like a Star Viper but probably not 'iconic'

To find your line and go beyond it. The only limit, is the one you set yourself.
