I recently came into possession of the following:

Devastator cruise missile blueprint copy
Paradise cruise missile blueprint copy

Both of these have runs way over the "Max runs per blueprint copy"

I have done some research and it would appear that these are both very Rare items.

Can anyone shed some light on how these came to exist , and were they placed in the game through legitamate means?

A long long time ago one could make a unlimited BPC. Those BPCs where changed to high run BPCs.

If you take all the sand out of the box, only the cat poo will remain.

No, and they are a burden to carry because they cause lag to you mmkay.

Contract them to me.

As with any other good, they are worthless until you found a buyer.
