Digital Circuitry = Pirate Hideout

As the title says, every data site I've found (at least in sansha space) that has the type "Digital Circuitry" ends up being a Pirate Hideout. It displays the Pirate Hideout notification when you warp to it, and the site is a Pirate Hideout.
