http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/CONCORD_(Mechanics)

I can't seem to log in to contribute--Chrome says something about a redirect loop.

I want to edit it to add: Concord will kill your ship and any ship on grid that is flagged as owned by you. e.g. the empty ship you are ghost riding or the 50 ships previously ejected from, by you, in your POS shield. I think it is important to make known.

As it is, the explanation of criminal flag consequences in high sec are unclear and misleading, considering this nuance:

"On any actions that Concord has deemed unacceptable, they will respond by destroying the offender's ship.[sic]
The offender's pod is not touched. It is considered an exploit to dodge Concord's response. They will never act preemptively."

seems purely preemptive to me, especially now that ejecting is impossible after an act of aggression, but until it's changed (if ever) I think it's worth the edit. maybe the preemptive part should be snipped too. what do you think

it is not included in either infographic here or here, both contained in this dev blog on Crimewatch.

Facpo does this too. Flashy gankers warp to POS (aka gankstar) where ships are waiting. Told several times to not board the ships. Excited ganker boards ship anyway. Facpo shows up and destroys that ship, plus a few others. When Facpo was asked why they did it, they replied, "They were coming right at us, we had to defend ourselves."

Did you try to play hopscotch with multiple ships while criminal flagged?

You should only board ships 1 second before the actual gank if you're using the POS shield method.
