She can fly an Orca with T1 gang links leadership V, Mining Dir IV, Mining foreman V.

Her ark skills consist of JF III, Amarr Freighter IV

Jump Cal IV. Fuel IV

Ice prepossessing skills, refining V, Refinery Efficienty V, Ice processing IV

I agree with Ezreal I only see the toon being worth 3B. In the off chance that you forgot to mention that the toon comes with an ARK. I would be willing to go higher if this was not the complete ad, as It stands 3B is the most I would spend on the toon.
