Alright, I'll bite the bait.


Simply use the petition function in-game and block them? It's not that hard.
If you are so concerned about it, then why are you posting about it on the forums? Attention perhaps?

Also, if someone is able to 'bully' you into suicide over the internet, you have some serious emotional issues. I would suggest seeing a therapist. Seriously.

Law enforcement has much more dire things to deal with than to mend someones feelings, I don't care where you live or what laws you live under.

Nothing that is said in a videogame should concern you this much.

If someone is threatening you IRL they should be reported and punished, because that is unacceptable behaviour. Other people are not however, responsible for your mental health or actions you take in RL. If someone is disturbing you so much just block them.
