Thinking About Hiring Pandemic Legion

Hello Space Friends;

I am presented with a rather interesting dilemma which arises from a curious combination of factors. The dilemma is that I have the urge to post and that I am doing so with regards to and directly concerning Pandemic Legion, whom I am assured have a very ballin' private server for one of the current-generation First Person Shooter games that I do not currently play; however, the problem is set forth in that the Pandemic Legion does not have the most stellar reputation according to the library computer files we have at Starfleet Dental Headquarters. I am faced with a conundrum, and so below I shall walk you all through the logic which leads to this impasse and thenceforth defenestrate myself upon the good graces of the forum posting community.

Right now I am deleterious with fever and I realize that somehow my wallet is an order of magnitude more full than I recall it being the last time I looked at it, which was some time last night prior to passing out due to the combination of alcohol and plague which presently has me phasing in and out of lucidity. Possibly related to this state of wall-eyed stupor, I find that it seems a wonderful idea to throw this huge and presumably ill-gotten mass of funds around in a childishly reckless fashion but at the same time I find myself either unable or unwilling to determine precisely how this should be. It might be because I was posting in a thread about them just a few seconds prior to hitting "New Topic," or maybe for some other reason; but, whatever the cause, I have settled on "give a lot of space money to Pandemic Legion" as the best course of action. I am still not sure why, or what I hope to accomplish for this.

So, uh... suggestions are welcome. What should I hire Pandemic Legion to do? Ideas should be more creative than "shoot some dudes in an Internet spaceship game," since they already do that without me paying them.

I should specify that they have to do it in Gallente space, in Mackinaws.

No-one likes Jita, right, but all of us have to shop there. So I suggest we move Jita to some place more suitable for interstellar trade, such as Auga.

You could hire PL to buy everything from Jita and haul them over to Auga market.

we're all -10.0 so we can't enter high sec and we got kicked out of 0.0 by goons so we can't rat to raise sec status

Welcome home, Lyris.

I would like to see you hire Pandemic Legion to get in Tech I frigates with massive hull tanks.

Move from Incursion site to Incursion site, attacking Sansha and free capsuleers alike. Half fighting those running incursions and half fighting Sansha forces to close out the Incursion itself.

Now, if they use support, they can only use badgers or mammoths for logistics and for command and control they have to use armor tanked orcas only.

Then all the loot that is gleened from this adventure I would like to see reprocessed down to cap boosters and donated to the Sisters of EVE and all their efforts to help starving little children in New Eden.

Hire them to write more succinct posts for you. If you use the ABC's of writing (especially the 'B'), you'll actually not bore your readers to death before they get to the point.

I think you need an education is just who is who on the EVE-O forums.

Also, does PL do propaganda if you pay them? You should maybe hire them as Xystance's new propaganda team for his new alliance. Cool

Hey there buddy can you tell me a little bit about modern First Person Shooters and suggest one to me?

I got my debut to the genre with Goldeneye on the N64, and back when I was in the Navy me and my division buddies used to play Halo on PC and XBox where I determined that the PC is the superior platform for pointing and clicking to shoot people. I never really played the game for its own sake, though. I mean, like, some kids seemed to be really excited about your ability to jump and run in circles, back in the heyday of the original Counterstrike. I never really "got" the appeal there. The only other shooter that I can recall having played in a long while would be Left 4 Dead, which again was only fun due to playing with my then-roommates and making jokes about how useless the AI was (I swear, Francis would always use the Uzi and would always spray us in the back while we were trying to fight zombie waves, or he would throw molotov cocktails right at us).

Do you have any suggestions as to a really social- or team-oriented game and a group of folks with whom to play it?
