Confirming this. Safari for Mac OS X, iPhone and iPad, covering multiple releases over the past year.

It briefly affected Mozilla for Windows, but that was fixed last year.

The entire site is bugged on Safari. You can't even see your skill queue because the character portrait blocks it.
