Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi, I had some weird freeze when i jumped into a wormhole from another wormhole, everything kept saying "loading" even though I could fly the ship around. I closed the client and re-logged. problem solved! the same thing happened 2 minutes later only this time after the closing of the client and trying to log back on I get stuck at the loading screen just before you load the grid (screen is black with a loading bar named Entering game as "Loeinas Mkay") and nothing happened after that.
I could press Esc to cancel the loading bar but screen is still black. I can open the game menu by hitting Esc again but still black after I have reset everything and rebooted my PC. The funny thing was I could see my alts name in a chat channel with my main toon (I can still log in with my main account and load grid as normal)
At this point I was getting frustrated so i made another toon on the same account which had the issues and I could log in fine on that toon. I tried again with the alt and I still get a black screen. WTF?
