He's not asking for a high risk loan, he's just trolling. You could put a 1000% interest tag on that "loan" and it still wouldn't be any different from giving ISK to Jita local bots.

I must admit, if I had the money I'd rather try Erotica 1's scam game than give the OP the loan.
The chances of success are probably equal, Erotica 1 offers a higher payout AND I'd have more fun that way...

That said, I don't have that much money to spare, so I'd do neither (sorry Erotica 1) :D
