How much did he take and what is your Corp's policy about giving access to (whatever he stole) after spending just 27 days in your Corp?

he took what he could with acces to hangars for new members , few bills of ships and ammo for corp use ( nobody gets this ammo part but thats what happened ) , he emberased himself for petty isk but whats the difference what and how much he took , thief is a thief , tommorow if he gets chance he ll take much more .

Don't give roles to new members, proper api and background checks, don't put anything of value in new member hangars, a few of the things you could have done to avoid this. if you want to give out ships to new players do it in trade. But most of all do a proper background check.

The court finds that he did not steal anything but rather helped himself to the "new member" equipment because he was in-fact a new member. It is further found that the accusing corp is committing defamation of character on some poor new guy.

Your fine is 6 billion isk payable to this character.

He's guilty, or he's not.
It matters not.

Careless corps won't check his background, so will never see this thread. He will steal from them, or he will not.
Careful corps will find the evidence of his guilt or innocence without needing this thread, making it moot.

I don't think the corp thief embarrassed himself though. I think you did with your typos. I do it too, so I'm not saying your post has to be perfect. But misspelling embarrassed is quite ironic.
