Yeah. That wouldn't end well.

It would be designed to limit it to Battleship/Black Ops/Marauder-class ships in size.

My initial design included "Can not carry capital size ships." as an attribute of the Ship Transport Bay, but I tried to preview the post and lost it. I forgot to add it when I posted the second time.

Yes, we all know that it would be a travesty for something to assist movement of capitals with lesser risk. This is why I propose that the maximum limitation be Battleship/Marauder/Black Ops-class hulls. This way we don't end up with an influx of cap ships being ferried through high sec to other areas just to either mitigate jump fuel cost, or to prevent a group from jumping it.

This thing isn't going to have any high slots.

It mitigates offensive capability being given to it (Neut/Vamp) and it prevents people from crying about cloaking tugs.

Suppose I could bump due to interest.
Also, seems like my idea as a space tow-truck has taken off a bit lol.
No cloak, too many reasons as to why no cloak.
Maybe we should get a unified idea on how it would be then present it in Assembly hall?
