So I am debating about joining a corp. I want to use my own pos. I really don't want to give the lead way to trust any CEO/Director. Is there a way yo keep my bpos Secure from them and still use my pos for myself?

Not that I know of.

If you have other people in your corp, anybody with research roles can see, deliver and take research jobs (including BPOs) at your PoS.

What I do is leave my valuable BPO in highsec. And they never leave an NPC station. 2B is about my upper limit for risk - nothing more valuable goes to low/null/w-space. I trust the guys I fly with. I have trust issues with stations I don't own (and can be locked out of at someone else's pleasure).

CEO/Directors have access to all corp assets.

If you put the BPOs in a corp hangar (necessary to use them in a Corp owned POS), they are Corp assets.

Do with this information what you will.

Actually, has anyone tried to start a job with the BPO in a personal hangar array?

The only solution is to create an alliance, and create your own corp where you or an alt are CEO.

If your thinking of joining the corp the pos becomes corp property... it's not a player owned station like the name implies.

Joining a corp with other people that you're not the CEO of means anyone with access to those hangars can take them. The flip side though is that they will also need to give you all access to POS related security settings (anchoring, fueling, corp hangars, a wallet division, etc). This means if the corp has any POS's themselves they would need to have enough trust in you to not steal from them as well.

As others have said the best approach is to setup an alt corp that your alts are in doing the POS related stuff. It also unfortunately means you will no longer be able to do jobs on your account(s) not in this alt corp, but its the only secure way to do it.

What are corps made of? Players, that's right.

You also can't have an anchored POS that isn't corp property (aside from corner cases with corps disbanding), so nothing's "becoming" corp property.

The Odyssey expansion brought a much welcome change to bring up security on the research jobs. Now only the CEO/Director of the corp and the research job initiator can deliver the research job. This change were in the patch notes, has been tested and works as intended.

As for the BPO's, the only secure storage for them is to lock them down to a corp hangar in a station.

you can lock them in a corp hangar. Anyone will rolls will be able to use them but in order to unlock them the CEO has to give his fiat.

Anyone can still deliver the jobs, I just (intentionally) delivered a corp-mate's job. The Odyssey change was that only a CEO/director or owner can cancel the job.
