PFA02 BOND // 50b at 1.8% // 55b+ collateral secured by Chribba - Bond Completed

Hi - time for another bond.

I'm looking to free some ISK from one investment, for another. As I have found a very good investment opportunity, and firmly believe that BS are still not a optimal price, I will be looking for a loan of 50b ISK with 450 BS as collateral.

Given the stability and the optional duration of the bond, there will be an interest payout will be 1.8%. I will use Chribba to hold the collateral, which is value at around 55b+ (200 geddons, 277 domis and a domi BPO), with an option for more collateral later, if need be.

I will also provide a API of my wallet, as prove of any and all transactions.
Chribba will post in this thread to prove his involvement - and later as prof of receiving the collateral (If and when he accepts)

Meaning that this will likely be one of the most safe bonds in EVE :)



The fine print :

Amounts need to be in full billions.
Interest will be 18m per billion per full month
(For easier accounting)

In the event of a default, or lack of collateral, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point it's possible. Any ISK after the liquidation will be taken be Chribba as extra payment. investors will get priority by time of investment, if need be

The total bond size will be 50b isk.
No fixed duration.
Cash out requests requires one week notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available.
If cash out amount of 10b or more, there will be a 2 week notice instead.
Periodically the bond will be lowered as I will buys back parts of the bond from investors.
If so, the interest payout will be for the full month for any started month.

Chribba has comfirm that he will be avaible to hold the collateral, and that he is checking the value before accepting.

The last of BS are done by friday, so the collateral will not be secured before then.



First 15b is reserved for RAW23.

Posting to confirm I am in the talks with PFA. I have yet to confirm actual collateral so until I edit this post confirming this is still in discussion.

Confirming that I now have 30b+ collateral in my possession.

15/7 - Another stock of collateral added estimated value 23b making total estimated at 50b+

Since the bond is now over the collateral has been returned.

Important update...

Just found out ... The geddons are done on the 30/6, so they will not ready in time to be move to Amarr, and secured by Chribba. So I'm decided to reduce the bond size to 27b for now. I might later increase the bond, when the collateral is in place and secured correct, and if I still need the ISK.

So the new collateral will be 270 domis - located in Amarr.
To be contract to Chribba - in the next 2 hours.



This also means that I'm no longer looking for more investors - for now.
