Ok...so not wanting to repeat what has been said numerous times before.....if they are afk, then how can they hurt you? Shocked
Seriously some people need to grow a set or move back to hs Roll

The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long - and you have burned so very, very brightly..........

Here we have it ladies and gentlemen... the first ever case of an AFK person killing someone.

It boils down to local doesn't it? With that removed, you wouldn't even be aware cloakers were in system. But with someone showing up in local, instant constant fear of the deadly AFK cloaker!

Local makes people lazy! I guess for most it's all they know! Especially those null-bears. They hate their local being disrupted by one of those damn-cheating-afk-cloakers, ruining the entire blue-donut!

Seriously though, you shouldn't be afraid of AFK-Cloakers. Just of the friends they might bring. Twisted

And no, i don't live in highsec.  As if that would make your opinion any less wrong.

Whats the problem with AFK cloaking?

If a player is AFK, then they cant hurt you, because they are....afk.

But you dont know if they are afk or hunting you down right that very moment.

That niggling fear constantly in the back of your mind that you could get ganked any second is what keeps you on your toes. It is good for the game, for threat of sudden non consensual PvP is one of the things that makes EvE special. Most especially in low and null sec.

If it aint broke, dont fix it.
