The strangest thing just happened in Jita

Random guy in local: "WTS plex x2, PM me"...

I thought ok, let's bite this one and see if he can impress me,

I PM him,

Me: hey you selling 2 plex?

Him: yeah 1.1bil

Me: Where are they?

Him: Jita 4-4

Me: I don't have 1.1bil just 1bil

Him: it's ok, just give me 1bil

*I open trade*

*offer 1 billion isk*

*he offers 2 plex*

Accept / Accept.

Me: Thanks

Him: Thanks


I check my item hangar, Jita 4-4.... 2 plex.

My only question is... why?
Why did he do this?

We're talking about EVE Online... Jita... the place of 2/3 attempted scams per second,, 24/7-365


I closed my client, logged back in... they're still there.

This just doesn't happen.. ever, sure if I sell to buy orders it's only 50mil profit... but that's not the point, it's too legit for a Jita trade... scary.

Lies. Nothing of this sort has eve happened in Jita.

The OP is collaborating with a scam. Some of those isk doublers actually do double. Just not to the point they lose isk Twisted
