we have all seen what the ham legion can do. but have you ever thought about adding some spice to your legion.
You all are prolly wondering what sort of spice.
so here it is

[Legion, New Setup 1]
Coreli A-Type Small Armor Repairer
Coreli A-Type Small Armor Repairer <<<<< triple small deadspace reps F*ck Yeah!
Coreli A-Type Small Armor Repairer
Armor Kinetic Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
Armor EM Hardener II
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System

Federation Navy 10MN Afterburner
Shadow Serpentis Stasis Webifier
Cap Recharger II
Cap Recharger II

Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missile
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missile
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missile
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missile

Medium Nanobot Accelerator I
Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I

Legion Defensive - Nanobot Injector
Legion Electronics - Dissolution Sequencer
Legion Engineering - Capacitor Regeneration Matrix
Legion Offensive - Assault Optimization
Legion Propulsion - Fuel Catalyst

it actually works great for being cap stable.
sure some would say 2 medium reps be better, but after doing the math these cycle faster then mediums giveing you about the same hp back as medium reps do.

not to mention most level IV's can be done with a little tank. as if you keep moveing you dont soak up as much damage.

#1 748 DPS omni tank is way overkill for a ship that small even if it's standing still.
#2 If you replace two hardeners with A-Type ANPs and remove the third you get a free low slot for a second BCS.
#3 420 rDPS with T2 damage ammo is kinda bad.

Should be more than enough tank so long as you're smart and avoid getting webbed, has better damage application, and does 514 rDPS before using T2 damage ammo. That would bump it up to nearly 700 rDPS, almost a 75% increase over what you've posted.

I don't get the fit, as in what is it meant for? It doesn't seem like a really good choice for anything. A ton of fitting left unused, too much tank, not that fast, weak damage, short range and bad damage application.

not to mention most level IV's can be done with a little tank. as if you keep moveing you dont soak up as much damage.

Replace your low-slots for this:

Damage Control Unit II (or Ballistic Control Unit II or Capacitor Power Relay II)
Medium Armor Repairer II
Medium Armor Repairer II
Armor EM Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System

Two medium repairers are a lot cheaper than three small A-Types. There is nothing sexy about wasting 90m ISKs for no gain. Even if your skills do not allow you to run the two medium repairers cap stable can you try to fit a Capacitor Power Relay II to make up for the increased cap usage and still come out much cheaper.

The third hardener (Kinetic) is also a waste, because it leaves Thermal as your resistance hole. Use an EANM II instead and you will have Kinetic as your new resistance hole, but with a value higher than the previous Thermal resistance hole. You will have higher resistances altogether and a little less cap usage than with three active hardeners.

A Damage Control Unit II increases the resistances further, because its bonuses come unpenalized. The overall result is a much cheaper tank, a higher eHP and a higher rep rate (38.6k eHP, 918 eHP/s). Alternatively can you fit a BCU II instead of the DCU II and get more DPS.

Then replace your med-slots for this:

Republic Fleet 10MN Afterburner
Federation Navy Stasis Webifier
Large Capacitor Battery II
Cap Recharger II

With the ISKs you have saved by selling the three small A-Type repairers can you get better faction modules. The cap battery gives you more cap and at a higher stability while it also protects against energy neutralizers. You have enough PG/CPU left to fit one.

This is only meant to give you an idea of what you can change immediately.

The tank itself is far too powerful for only mission running and you should focus more on killing stuff than tanking it: kill faster and you automatically take less damage. You will get to realize this the moment your massive tank starts to bore you to death.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

Add a Warp disruptor instead of cap recharger II, change ab to mwd, add a cap booster instead of the 2nd cap recharger II. It looks quite promising for Highsec-'pvp'.

Never played a HAM Legion so what should be the advantage of a HAM legion against Lasers? Is this Setup for Missionrunning?! Too much tank.
If it's up to missioning i'd really prefer my fit though. 322 Omni tank (~360 w/ implants ), 653/751(oh)dps w/ scorch at 44+8.2 and 914/1051(oh) dps w/ conflag at 15+8.2 (both with 2x5% implants)

Even without those cheap 5% implants i'd have 829/953 dps with conflag and 322 omni tank with 726m/s is enough for most missions. Though i can still lose some dps for tank if ever i need it.

So where is the use of a HAM legion for Lvl 4 PvE?

It is useful against tracking disrupting Sansha's and against Guristas, Mordus and Angels where one can use kinetic and explosive damage missiles.
