How do I download this game in my situation?

Hi, I'm currently in a terrible place that only gives me 100 kb/s download speed and if I run a download for too long it ends up not completing for some reason.

I ran the normal downloader and went to bed, hoping to see it completed the next day.. I came back and it was stuck. I tried the offline downloads as well... they had the same problem.

I have no trouble downloading torrent files and files that don't poop on you and make you start from the beginning if something goes wrong.

Is there any way I can download eve without having a flawless internet connection?

I would have a friend copy their install folder onto a cheap thumb drive and send it to you. You can play from the thumb drive or copy it to your pc. You should be able to download most of the updates until the next explansion. Then repeat.

I should of mentioned, I'm currently in Iran.

Ain't none of that happening rofl.

Hi, did you tried to use a Downloader as, Orbit or DAP ? (i know these software are full of ads and spyware.. they can resume/pause a download...
For example:
www.speedbit.com
use one of them, junk them after）:
After unstallation of a downloader, you click on the following links

And you will suposed to be able to instal the last version of EVE
BUT i ve the same problem, so i did this, and discovered that SOME OF THESE FILES (in the 7z) are corrupted !
I ve to launch the repair.exe tool... who let me enjoy a 6,43kB/s download speed !

Did CCP tried to unpack these files ?

And last news... i hope your computer isn't in persian native, cause the EVE client doesnt allow you to chose a language for the installation, if you're not iranian... :)

This is great help, Thank you so much. I will try this. And no I don't live here thankfully. I just came here for a while and I can't stand not playing eve. I thought I could install it and probably run level4s in an overtanked ship to make sure I don't blow up if I DC or something XD. Something to kill the time, oh and skill ques.

so today there's a new patch .... you can get it here

extract it, open the launcher settings / Patches / Import
(select the EVE_Online_558834-560552_win.patch etracted from the .zip)
If after the launcher freezes, just close it and restart it, it will validate the client

if you didn t downloaded it yet... there's a new version, today
