Stealth Bombers in lvl 5 missions

Ok, I've heard a couple times that it's possible to run lvl 5 missions in a stealth bomber and I'm kinda interested. I'm not looking for insane income or anything, just something different to do now and then for a change of pace and it sounded kinda interesting.

The issue I've run into is that there doesn't seem to be much info on it. I remember seeing a link to a site with guides a while back, but it was in Russian IIRC, which doesn't help me at all.

So, are there any good guides out there for running lvl 5 missions in stealth bombers?

Just use the browser translator (or babblefish if you have to).

You are unlikely to get a better public guide.

Did someone really tell you that a SB could tank a lvl5 mission solo? I'm not sure that a stealth bomber could easily tank all lvl3 encounter missions solo.

Happy to be corrected, i've flown SBs for PvP but never pvE, if I'm off the planet with this one.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

Then don't give advice for it. It can and has been done.

I saw a post a few weeks ago talking about it. I wasn't interested enough to read up on it, sorry : / but there are writeups and such out there, google for the win?

lol. excellent. i will look forward to the first handers advice, then, on how it's done.

Its posible, long range high speed, high damage.

Web towers and Neuts can be a problem though, but once they are gone it fairly easy in a SB. Just stay at long range.

I believe the trick is to pick your missions very carefully.

Anti-Gallante missions. Don't bother translating. Once you read it, you'll be underwhelmed - it's what you already know anyway. Outside of bots, Russians don't posses some kind of secret carebearing insight unattainable to the rest of us.Roll

I know that there's nothing special about what Russians know, that's why I was asking if there were any guides in English.

And I did get the impression that the best way to handle them was a combination of range and speed tanking and picking only doable missions, but I was asking if there was a guide somewhere about HOW exactly to do them.

I did Rogue Spy 1/3 a few times solo but if you can dual/triple box you're better off using tengu to tank and then bring in sb for dps.

In the old forums there was a detailed explanation and a link to a you tube video of it being done in a SB, can't for the life of me find it now. It was all about timing of injecting the cap booster and the ab and continuously moving.

Yeah, I had seen that thread before (that was actually the guide I was referring to). But there are only two guides in there in English, I was hoping for a more complete list in English. If such a thing doesn't exist, so be it, but I figured I'd ask on here before giving up on finding it, lol.
