Stuck in a Hospital Unable to download patch.

Hello All,
I am currently stuck in a hospital and unable to download the newest patch on 6/24/2013 Cry. The launcher comes up but unable to start the patch at all. I know there is some kinda of internet security on some webpages from the admins of this place called Mcafee Web Gateway 7. I have looked around on the forums and on google looking to manually download the patch then apply it to the correct folder but unable to locate such a file.
Edit: i have ran the Repair but did nothing in my favor....

Any suggestions or ideas that might work for me please Big smile

thank you, i did something and i finally got it to work!!!!!!!!!! Big smile really thank you
