Wishing for that Avatar Based Exploration prototype is just giving CCP support to not do any avatar based gameplay at all.

Do not be fooled by the ruse. Unless you want that exploration game to be some horrible single player instance, the first thing the avatar engine has to prove is the support of multiple avatars in the same room. THAT is what you should wish for, though I suspect, that is also where the engine is failing. How CCP managed to spend so much time and resources on a character engine for a MMO that does not support multiplayer is probably their biggest failure ever.

If this occurred sometime in the future after the POS Overhaul and stabilisation of Dust 514, I would make CCP add a completely free browser based racing game (a bit like wipeout) to the EVE universe. Races would take place on all planetary surfaces and inside stations as well. The "cars" can be driven by both Dust 514 and EVE online players.

Other features of the game would be to facilitate smuggling of contraband around stations/planets while trying to avoid police.

or the ability to walk around your titan or super. kinda like walking in stn but with windows so you can see other ships flying around.

If everything is nerfed, then nothing is nerfed.

My list:

1) Smuggling as a full blown occupation
2) Removal of jump gates, introduction of jump drives
3) Exploration cruisers and destroyers

I don't know if you noticed, but they spent the last year and a half doing this. Some of us are fed up with fixes. Sure, go back to fixes after adding something else, but we could use something new this coming expansion.

Don't take it personal, just my frustrating with people wanting WiS:

They took 1.5 years to "fix the game", and it's still not fixed. That's how broken it was and still is. If they can come up with something new that's meaningfull, I won't object, don't really care as long as they do it properly, has to do with spaceships, and if a substantial group will enjoy it.

Everyone is talking about the large features, WiS, modular pos (although I'm interested in that), ship rebalancing, null/low/high sec balancing etc but I want to have more attention to the small things. It takes YEARS, not weeks, not months, YEARS, to get small defects fixed when you can fix a couple of those in a day. That is what I want to have (more) focus on(see my list with just the things I reported).

QA is so heavily backlogged/lacking resources they also take months to go over bug reports and don't update existing bug reports when stuff is fixed.

And here you are(Not just you Ardueont), wanting WiS, something that has nothing to with what eve is about, spaceships. You want to walk around with an avatar, talk with people, and play poker? It's called a Dust, chatbox and a poker site. There are other games/programs all about that. You want a game in a game, unrelated to previous thing except being in the same universe. "Fixing" already takes long, CCP obviously doesn't have the manpower for it and you want another game. And with large projects like that, many bugs will pop up, and I already told you how long it can take to get that fixed...

There are so many things that still can be done related eve/spaceships both in the big picture and the small technological bugs. Why people still want WiS to be done over all that first is beyond me. Maybe because they don't use it themselves? Let me tell them, there are most likely plenty of people that do use it and would welcome an improvement.
