Character Transfer?

So I have an old account with an old character I never thought I'd want to play again :p. Turns out with his training I'd like to play him again, with the new 1 account dual training I figured id move him onto this account. I go to check and I cant transfer the character though, any1 have any ideas as to why its not letting me?

Sry if its the wrong section just a little confused here.

The account needs to be active. The transfer itself will cost 2 plex or 20 bucks (only credit card allowed). You can activate hours of plex (to get account temporarily active) and do the transfer, it is however an 'uninteded use for the hours of plex feature'. Hope this helps.

also, the transferred character needs to be in a npc corp. good luck!

That explains it thanks. Was hoping that I wouldn't have to reactivate it since that even more money on top of the transfer cost :\ not to mention I wouldn't get the time transferred to this account.... sigh oh well guess ill leave that char to rest in hell.

maybe you'll get a 5day reactivation offer for that account. Check the email account associated with it.

You want to pay 1 PLEX to dual train on 1 account, but not pay 1 PLEX to activate the old account? Lol

Hint: You can train him on the other account before you transfer Blink

Yeah, train him for a month on the old account, then transfer it. Same exact PLEX cost as it would be if you were able to transfer him without reactivating, and then spent a PLEX to do double training on the new account.
