Ipex, unless you have a special situation directly with CCP, contact your captain. I think system and PW information is already out for all the teams. Cool I know our captain didn't log in on Friday, so many of us went exploring around on Duality until we found a system that had the arena beacons and started setting up there. By some stroke of fortune favoring the bold, it turned out to be our assigned system. Blink Needless to say, we now have all protections in place for practicing.

I understand people asking for this but I thought it was a tournament primarily of Players v Players? the players AS WE ARE on TQ not uber players / 2mSP more than we have on TQ. I was to fight the guys I fly with in EvE, not artificially (yes, don't get started on artificial in a vitrulality...) boosted (not boosters) players...

You do understand that the Alliance Tournament is taking place on Tranquility, not Duality, right? The people you are going to fight are going to be exactly who they are on the regular eve server, no skillpoint boosts of any sort. The only difference here is that people can start practicing now with the skills they plan to have available at the time of their matches. CCP Veritas, thank you *so much* for working with all of us to make AT practices as useful as possible.

An, uh ok... I had not thought of that aspect... thanx! While I'm here, and as our Illustrious Leader is AFK and has not given out the system PW... can we who are currently orbiting our in gate assume that there is a fully stocked station in the practice systems?

We have never taken part in the AT and though I followed AT X and have a 'feel' for it I do not know much of the details. So this is a real adventure for SYJ... hope we do as well in AT as we do IVL... =]

Quick query... Smartbomds? if yes, Faction? Not listed in rules.

The rules say all T1 or T2 modules are allowed except for (and then followed by a few exceptions). Since they weren't specifically mentioned, I believe they're allowed.

However, faction modules can't be fit to any ship except the flagship.

Smartbombs are allowed, but faction modules are only able to be fitted on the flagship.

is anyone having problems connecting to the server? Whenever i try to log in it says "status: unknown" despite my corp mates being able to log in and being logged in. Even when i put my password in and hit connect it sayes "connection failed" I've tried copying different clients, downloading full version. checked all extensions etc egainst others in corp but still no joy.

this is screen i get.... why you no work?

This is happening when you try to log in with a char that had no active subscription at the moment of database mirror for Duality (which seems to be ~June 15th). Adding the name to the list of special characters which your captain can send to CCP Fozzie should do the trick (your captain should have the how-to instructions).

EDIT: on the second thought, this might not be the case ... the message I recieve with the inactive-sub char is 'The cluster is not currently accepting connections' ... sorry about the confusion.

You shouldn't need to copy anything, just run the shortcut out of your regular TQ client's folder. Past that I'd need logserver details or something, feel free to continue via evemail if you want~

We still have issues getting the people we sented a list over on Durility.

Wasnt we suppose to sent it to CCP Fozzie?

The error message I keep getting, while I should be allowed on server as an out-of-alliance helper, along with other pilots who get the same error message.

I have purged any offices rented prior to 20June 11:00 in all alliances' systems. I hope this is the last interaction I have with the corp office system in this endeavor.

I have a similar problem, but mine offers an update.

Initial log in

then this when I try and install the update

after atempting update

Followed the link to nothing useful =/

I'm on Windows btw...

also if I dont try the update it wont let me log in.

For Windows you should just patch by running the launcher pointed at TQ. I'm keeping Duality up with TQ.

For Mac...I forgot to update the patch info after today's update sooo you're hosed for today since everyone has gone home at this point. Sorry =/
