TL;DR: Mintata attacked the sovereignty of a system that I owned and I lost sovereignty, If I interpreted the rules correctly this is a violation, I request action at the convenience of the Devs or Moderators, or whom ever handles this kind of situation

I'll be honest, there's only a very slim chance (like 1% if that) if anything will happen about it.

Best bet is just to move on and find somewhere else i'm afraid.
