Corporation Assets Lockdown is Locked Up

When you access Corporation>Assets>Lockdown> The entire Corporation tab locks up. In the top right corner is a loading GIF that just spins forever. Reloading the Client and clicking on the Corp Tab brings you back to the locked up Assets tab with no ability to access anything else in the Corp Tab. This also happens to anyone else in the Corp that tries to access the Corp Assets tab.

Note: This happened when the CEO set to vote BPO unlocks for 54 BPOs. CEO has all shares.

I removed all the files in Windows Vista/7: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\ and it is working...
