Offline installer: Payload sizes?

I can't seem to find recent info on this, but the regular installer isn't working anymore for me on my Win7 laptop or Win8 tablet, so I'm going to give the offline installer a shot. How big should the payload 1 and payload 2 files be? I'm using a download manager because my internet connection is a little sketchy lately, but the first payload just finished with "100%" at 439.06MB. That seems a little bit small. 2nd one is still downloading.

CCP, do you have these files available by another means, such as a torrent, where I can be a little more confident that the download isn't getting corrupted or having pieces missing? Or even the hashes of the payloads so I can check them.

Any help is appreciated!


EDIT: Payload 2 just finished at 187.08MB, there's no way that it's that small. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I tried redownloading a few times with firefox, chrome and internet explorer in order to get the full files.

Payload 1 is 2,784,624 KB
Payload 2 is 2,911,212 KB

Still is not working though even after getting them downloading. I get the failed to extract
