Booster Addiction

well maybe we might need to explore the possibility of their being new drugs in eve that can have these addictive property's :P

A drug that podkills anyone who posts a terrible idea on the forum, then proposes massive changes to the game balance rather than admit the ideas was bad.

Twice. Without a clone update. The number increases with every terrible revision to the idea.

I want to know why it's so desperately imperative that we simply must have something in EVE with some sort of arcane and undesirable addiction mechanic.

I don't see why you are trying so hard to troll. There was some light brought to the subject on the boosters that I did not know before. To me the idea of the addictive boosters is over and I made a slight joke about it and you were dumb enough to take it serious. On the other end I do think it would be nice to see some new boosters come out in the game but I am pretty sure that there is all ready a topic on that so I'm not going into the subject here.

Boosters are too under used as it is, illegality, too rare, etc, Adding more 'bad' isn't going to make them more widely used.

There's just too much potential in boosters as a mechanic, from PVP and PVE to industry and trade to screw them up any more than CCP has already accomplished.
