I'd pay a plex to make people stop whining all the damned time.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I can buy plastic surgery and even genetic therapy but how the hell do you change a bloodline?

I know they did talk about racial blending at one point. I think it was CCP Karkur who mentioned that you would be able to choose a secondary bloodline from 1-25%. This would have led to an even greater variety of avatars. Out of curiosity I attempted to create avatars that most resembled my character from the 11 other bloodlines and used a morphing program on the portraits to get some great "preview" images. In a couple of instances the results were better than either originals. Of course this all did go on the shelf when team avatar was disbanded.

You are far from the only Vherokior who wants to change bloodline.

The best bet was that racial blending will eventually allow us to have somewhat decent eyes. But now it seems to be shafted as well.
