ccp how about if you do anythign like a incursion expansion again... make it anti faction based.
in amarr you get soley...

minmatar beacons to kill off.

Caldri = galante beacons
galante = caldari beacons
minmatar = amarr beacons

only issue would be ninja looters lol

have you thought about soemthign liek this ccp?

Maybe like some sort of anti-factional warfare, where you fight players who are aligned with other factions?

So you want to limit Incursions to just the people that are willing to tank their faction standings?
