Second time asking for a loan, here is the link to my first one:

Basically I am looking for 3 billion in order to invest in a jump freighter. The collateral provided will be greater than 3bil, however it is minerals located in null sec. The loan should take less than 2 weeks, however I set it as such in case I run into unexpected problems. Interest is 3%. Questions can be posted here or sent to me via mail.
