Graphics Issues on ATI Radeon HD4800 and HD6800

I have been having several issues with the graphics in eve on both my desktop and laptop, ATI Radeon HD4800 and HD6800 respectively.

I get several situations where the screen does not refresh properly and any pop up boxes or changes in graphics will stay on the screen and not go away. This happens in both the login screen and in game.

Also I have noticed that neither computer will generate previews of ships or turrets when selected through the show info window.

Currently I have updated the drivers for both cards, cleared my EVE cache, and re-downloaded the game itself on both machines and I am still experiencing the issue.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
