Confused about an ingame item

Does anyone know how to get "Women's 'Structure' Dress (gold/black)"

Really find it cute and would like it on my char but can't find it in the nex store or in jita.

Searched eve central and it says no one is selling it.

I think the item is in the database but I don't think they have made it available.

Could we interject the phrase "ingame" for "in- play". Then further extrapolate the meaning of "inplay" to mean some kind of kinky sex device ?

I guess this is why only 5% of the playerbase are females. CCP needs to implement more clothing options for them.

Are you implying that the only thing girls care about is fashion and pretty dress up? Seriously? If there aren't enough women here for the game about spaceships, don't try to cater to them with that.

I think the implication is, that such features would attract a larger portion of the female demographic. Which is propably true, but getting them interested about playing a game about internet spaceships is an uphill battle to begin with.

According to CCP there are in excess of 100 clothing items that have been completed in all forms but have not had a pricing structure agreed. They are ready to ship, they just haven't done it... it's been almost a year now I think, since they said that. E-mail the CSM and ask them to get CCP to put a damn price to them and get them in game.

It would take literally no dev resources, and would double the repertoire. They could do it in a lunch break and ship it in their spare time and have change from an hour.

Reference; the CSM meeting minutes before last. Also, a confirming post by CCP in one of the WiS threadnoughts.I can find it for you if you really need it, but otherwise I don't feel like looking right now.

There is the pure white skirt I would like to get for an alt. I would also like them to make a white shirt that does not have the black trim. Like the pure black shirt they have.
