I couldn't see the word crucible anywhere on the test server... and i'm pretty sure I have the most recent version... unless there was a new one today...

Make copy of your current SiSi client (or dont, but then you will not able to log into SiSi without repairing)
Run new launcher.exe and wait till the end of patching process. This may download up to 300 mb.
Run client and open "About EVE' tab in settings.
Have you noticed string "Crucible development team"?

You can just take my word for it and wait little bit longer until official announcement.
