WTF!!! Why won't buying PLEX work?

Above is what keeps ******* popping up. I want to buy some plex to boost my ISK, but can't because this damn error keeps popping up. Even got to the pay now step, and it popped up after I clicked the pay now button.

I try to be nice and mind my business just shooting lasers at rocks. There is just way too many asshats in New Eden for that to happen.

I do believe there is an article on the launcher that would probably shed some light on this.

I would have to submit a petition, and we know how that goes. Could be ******* days before they respond to it.

Strange, because I saw it last night, it clearly said they were having issues with plex and paypal authentication. Of course, it doesn't concern me so I didn't actually click on the article.

I went through all the articles that show up on the launcher, clicked show more a few times, and didn't see it. Found the article on the EVE Gate main page, and then the news page. I appears I tried to buy PLEX 10 mins to early because I didn't know about the maintenance.

I try to be nice and mind my business just shooting lasers at rocks. There is just way too many asshats in New Eden for that to happen.

I have reproduced this by being logged into the forum on one tab and trying to open the account management page on another. Closing the forum tab fixed this for me.
