Alliance Tournament comming up, and i belive everyone was happy to see our name get drawn.

I belive we'll have to spend alot more time on Sisi.

The ongoing WAR decs from Blue Sec, have little concern at the moment, and people have adabted like always.
We are looking at rearranging the alliance so we get people closer together, but we'll see what happens.

Focus atm is AT XI

Alliance Tournament XI is comming up, and i belive we have a very stong team this year. Time will tell :D but im deffently look forward to it.

We have had alot of operation lately in null, and have bigger operations going nearly every day. This have also had an impact on the hostiles around us, as they seem to become less and there is longer inbetween the propper fights our PVP'ers are getting.

Our Empire WAR is ongoing, and people seem to have found their way to carry on, without the huge numbers of PVP'ers in high. Different tactics this time, to keep focus despite war, which at first had a small impact, but seem to waork alright. It took two weeks for people to ajust our new ways to handle empire ways, and quite a few new faces are Stepping up to take care of Things.

We have started to do some house cleaning in the alliance, and kicking out inactive players. Its about time we once Again get a propper overview of active members. Looks bad at WAR though when an aliance are reduced with 35-40 people, but WHO really cares right now, we have another 65 getting booted within the next week, leaving us a solid number around 400 members, where most have been active within the last month.

The next few weeks, im sure AT XI will be taking up most of our time.

Finally we got durility up and running, and the AT XI training are forming nicely.

Im actually looking forward to the turnament this year, i belive we have a pretty strong team. Time will tell Big smile

Our WARs are going into week 7 now, with the last 4 weeks against Marmite Collective. Its no uncommen for us to be at war, i belive we had 25 weeks of war last year, but its uncommen we dont have a focus on it. It clearly shows on the loses we have had this war, that with no focus, you end up getting silly loses.

On the other hand it made a good and healty shake up within alliance, i belive. People need to think a bit more them self, and actually ask them self, if what they are doing within New Eden really is what their personal goals are, or if they should try something else.

We are still looking for skilled PVP'ers who dont mind the life of null sec, and help out in the future goals our corp and alliance are working twas.

Needed a rest from AT XI and null, so last night it was time to FC a WAR fleet once again.

It was nice to see the spirite within alliance grow when fleet formed, with Little hope that our WTs would actually show and fight.

We were wrong, our WTs desided to come and fight Big smile

I desided to have them chase us a few jumps to split them up, which worked quite well, with 960m kills and 0 loses.

We heard that our WTs was reforming, but after an hour of waiting we desided to go on a low sec roam. Been a long time since iv been FCing a low sec roam, and to be honest, even though we only managed to spank a Jaguar, it was nice for a chance.

Our US TZ have dropped a bit lately, if its due the WAR or summer i dont know, but there is no doubt that summer is over everyone, so things will reduce in fleets, operations and activity the next two months.

Summer is here, and it easy to see the drop in activity due vacations and long Work hours due others on vacation. This also makes it a bit hard to train for AT XI durring the weekdays. Why on earth would CCP choose to hold the alliance tournament in the middle of the summer where half the people are on vacation.

Anyway, iv skipped two weekends of my vacation, to take part, not really something my wife appriciate.

We have desided to put a small focus on our Empire war, as it nor runs into its 6th week, and it will keep our people in empire active, so small hunt teams are running around from time to time. As right now we have killed 9.7B and lost 6.6B so im unaware what benifit The Marmite Collective have in this war, except give us something more to do in empire. Free entertainment Big smile

Our null sec oprations are growing massive, and more and more people find interest in what we doing and gaining.
We claimed sov again for the first time in 2 years, mainly for the fun of it. We have a bet going how long it will last, as this area was not a part of any plans, at least not for now.

First weekend of alliance tournament XI over.

Saturday we were up against INIT. In terory we should easily have breaken their setup, but they did well of keeping our main DPS neuted Down and put enough stress on our Logi. It was a nail biting fight, which got the commentators jump.

Sunday, we went on duality very early to find our setup for the night. With the ammount of Domi's being used, we became unsure if our setup would be strong enough. Its was the first night where we actually had 30 people helping us with training. Its was nerve taking. We lost one fight after the other, seems this Domi setup is WAY overpowered, compared with any other setups.

We finally nailed it, and with only 20 min left we rushed to TQ where the GM was already in private convo with me, complaining about one of us having a cloke fitted. We were not even half ready, as we had to refit and change ALOT. Everyone was VERY stressed but we managed to get everything together just 5 min before the match.

Midly Sober just melted in that match, and to salebrate our win we open the fleet for alliance members and friends to join us on a crazy indy roam. Inspired of Midly Sobers first night turn up in alliance tournament.

So AT XI is over, and what a final. We managed to get into 5 awesome matches.

Total cost was about 10B ISK in ships, implants, mods and ammo. Alot for a small alliance, so im glad we had as many sponsors as we had. Even though we lost the 5th match, the PR for our alliance got out well, and its nice to see how many more people commenting your alliance in the locals you pass, from null to empire.

Anyway, summer is over, and we are slowly picking up where we left before summer. Quite a few new faces in our corp and alliance, and the active numbers are slowly growing up every day, as people return from vacation.

Alot of things have happend lately, and a massive change within alliance finally got in place last night.

After we got run over by SOLAR FLEET in Great Wildlands, we stopped up for a moment, to review our aim and objectives, and one thing was clear, we just couldnt carry on as NRDS if we wanted a bigger force of PVP'ers. With more or less everything lost in Great Wildlands, we now had the chance to look for other opitunities, and we found one.

We stepped down from members of COA (Coalission of anti pirates) to allies and last night, we announced our new RoE, Stepping back to NBSI after two good years as NRDS.

I belive we still have empire wars going, but nothing major or anything which really conflict with the alliance. with over 26 weeks a year the past 4 years, with wars it something people are use to handle.

We will be moving back into null next week, with new opitunities, which we really look forward to.

Last night we had a huge fight with Dead Terrorists, it was a huge learning curve for us, and a bloody good fight. Even though we lost the fight, we won more than we lost, exspirance, and ajustments for a new doctrine we never really used before.

Well played by Dead Terrorists, they use the enviroment max, by warping out at the right time and lighting the cyno while we were at Warp, having us land at optimal range from a tracking dread and triagde Archon.

Busy times.

A ton have been going on the past 4 weeks.

We went from NRDS to NBSI, and joined a new Coalition in Cobalt Egde. I never been that Deep into Space, and the logistics just to get things moved has been one of the biggest challanges for our Corporation and alliance to date.

Anyway we got our logistic Network up running, and have now settled with a larger part of our alliance in the area.

We started grinding structures, stations and Ihubs, for the first two weeks. Deffently not the most fun, but a part of a bigger plan.

This weekend we had some sov transfered, and at pressent working on upgrading those.

We are getting settled in our new home, and it seems much more of corp and alliance have taken this oputunity than I had exspected.

Its really nice to see, PVE'ers, Industrials and PVP'ers working really close together, and everyone reship for home defence when needed, or just to go chase instruders of reposrted in Intel channels.

Its given us some really nice fights the past few days, and a bloody good teamwork going.

Alliance have grow even more, and it seems alot more have seen our relaxed goals, and idear behin alliance as an open community where people enjoy them self alot.

We have started a new form for recruiting within corp now, where every new member will get a mentor, along with the basic traning and more advance training, so at least they can handle their role within corp and get an idear what to train for.

Iv been playing EVE more or less every day for 5 years, except when i have been on vacation.

Monday my PC desided to crash on me, and i havnt been able to get online for nearly a week now. Iv been ready to explode several times. This week for me as CEO have been trough EVE Gate, but im sure our members are doing alright. They proballly enjoy a week without their CEO to anoid them.

We have several operations this weekend, so i sure hope i can leave my headquarter and take part Big smile

Its been a while since iv been writing, and the ammount of applications we are getting, are a bit to many at the moment.

We have had some major operation going in null lately, which have kept alot of us really really busy.

Our plan was to make a pressent in both empire and null, and our null sec operations kind of kept our empire people left alone.

So iv desided to turn my personal focus back on empire for a while, leaving others in charge of null sec. It nice when you reach numbers, that there are quite a few people willing to step up to the plate.

Quite a few future changes is about to happen within alliance, some which should get everyone serious involved and interested, regardless if your an Engineer, Combat pilot or what ever. But we will see how this turns out in about a month.

Busy times. With huge tidi fight in null, and big low engagements we have been rather busy lately. With 3 new Corporations joining our alliance, we now have a better spread on the time zones.

Last night we were asked to help defend a low sec Tower in The Forge, and with the posibility for Capitals on grid, we desided to have our own on standby.

I desided to keep the fleet two jumps from the engagement systems to hide the fleet and just bring in a few tacklers and logi.
It worked well, tacklers started a small engagement to a shield fleet hitting the Tower, which soon excalated to a T3 armor fleet joining the party. Unfurtunally no Capitals landed as exspected, but at least we got a nice fight, and 1.5b in loot.

While waiting for the Tower to get repped up we got a call of another T3 fleet, 14 jumps out, chasing another of our fleets, so we desided to make best speed to counter them.

This was a misstake which we soon would see. We went to Egmar, and was about to fight a SS fleet. Fight was on, and it would have been a good brawl, but the fleet we killed earlier reshipped into an Ishtar fleet, with enough sentries to intantpop more or less any ships. So with a fight against SS and having Hax. in Ishtars interfearing, we couldnt hold ground for long.

Even though we won the fight due to two Capitals kills and an exspensiv bhaalgorn, it was still a Waste of 8b isk, supposely for a good fight. Even number though, but no doubt those Ishtars just reppied us apart.

After this fight i had to update my bio, as other CEOs called me a "Crazy ************" in that fight i might have been.

Late the US TZ alliance members had a fleet out which i joined. We roamed around for a while and couldnt really find anything to fight, but we managed to get an engagement on a station. Miscommunications, and problally me interfearing to much, where i should have kept my mouth shut, we lose a posible winning fight. but we had a hard time breaking their guadians, and quite a few was out of primary range, leaving us with no real DPS on targets.

Yesterday, Ynot Eyob has been a known toon in New Eden for 6 years.

Its a bit crazy, knowing iv played EVE Online, take or leave a few hours, 10940 hour ~ 4-5 hours every day for 6 years with only a few 1-2 weeks breaks on holiday with family.

Some say with that ammout of hours youll get specilized in something, and that is one thing im deffently not. I still learn new stuff every day i log on to EVE. That said, if iv spend that time on my daughter, she could problally have had a master degree in something. Im just glad, she is not spending the endless nights and take care of her school, though now i see how a parent become a rolemodel, when i look at my daughter on her laptop with her headset on, playing online games. The butterfly effect from EVE Online takes alot out of Game and bring it to real life.

Iv have meet alot of people within EVE the past 6 years, and iv even made some really good real life friends, who both my wife and daughter enjoy to visit to. Who would ever had thought, that flipping a can from a miner in Hek, would turn into a now 4 year old friendship in real life, for the joy of my hole family.

What will happen the next 6 years, who knows. We have taken different paths, and we have just started a new one within alliance. With this new path we will be at war alot more than we are use to, but its a path all agreed on, and all are looking forward to.

For the first time in alliance history have we incorporated heavy war decs once a month.

Its a part of our alliance over all goals, aims and objectives.

Its weird to be the ones WHO need to dec others to get what we want, but lets face it, EVE is all about resources.

Our first 3 decs have already passed, and more will be comming trough out this week.

Are we mercs? No those wars decs are purely about resources nothing else, and we have reached a level where we have the man power and skills to pull this of. It could end in a disaster, but for now its just a new path taken on our road. who knows where this ends.

If you read my many posted in this topic, youll see how much the butterfly effect have made who we are today.

From being NBSI, helping a corp with remote repair, which let into heavy WARs with EM and COA, to turn to NRDS and join COA, to leave COA 2 years later and turn back to NBSI.

Today, we have gained alot of new members and Corporations who we have got to know trough EM and COA, all just because of that one night 4 years ago, where we did RR on one of our few friends we had at that time.

So us declaring WARs now, who knows where this leads us the next 4 years and what bufferfly effect take its turn by doing so.

As much as we declare wars in empire, are we fighting heavly in null. GENTS and FCON are comming a bit to close to our systems for our taste, so its been dayly CTAs for those living in null.

Past week, we have been running empire WAR Decs, somthing new to us, and at the same time fighting in the drone region to kick FCON and GENT out of there.

I think people serious love the new interceptors. Even though its 29 jumps for most, as soon as a ping is out, you can burn those 29 jumps within 10 min, and still manage to join in, meaning its become a hell lot easier not to sit in stading systems and do other stuff other than on an alt.

A new battleship is on its way to New Eden from Sisters Of Eve.

Im so disapointed about the stats on this ship. Its suppose to become a new RR ship, and problally ment as spidertanking ship, but i think its the most stupid idear ever.

The frigate and cruiser from SoE are both Covert ships, it would be the most obvious to have the battleship as a Black Ops, why on earth should it be ship with bonus for remote repair. I doubt many dare using this ship in low sec and null sec with the new interceptors able to land on top of them right away, as with 1m LP to buy the ship, its going to become the most exspensive battleship in game. I can only see this ship being used for station games in empire, but i guess time will tell.

CCP MAKE IT A BLACK OPS!!

Anyway, we still have a few Empire wars running, and then i belive we might take a break for a while, we'll see.

Our WTs seems to like their stations alot, supprise supprise, nothing new, just like every other war really.

Most people spend the night on mining and running missions in small Groups until We got a break last night though, when the ping went out, for yet another op in the Drone Region was called upon.

I serious had exspected alot more, but i guess we can say op succeded, station reinforced with its last timer.

After the fight, some of us went back to empire, to more or less camp the WTs while doing something else. Im currious how long this War is going to last, but it all depends on what our WTs deside to do.

Its december, the time a year where activity in alliance is pretty low along with june and july, due holidays.

Despite our lower numbers, we still manage to form a minor roaming gang last night, and with 15 people in fleet we deside to test an RR DPS Exequror just for the lols.

First system we jumpped into, we thought we would get a good fight, as a Hyperion and Tempest warpped to the plex we were at. I didnt exspect alot more than that, as they had swapped ships a few times.

Before we left i did say this setup will not handle Alpha or exsteam high DPS due its 800mm plate, so engagements with battleships and tier 3 we should avoid. Despite that, i deside to engage the two battleships.

Did take them long to come in with exstream DPS, and logi, so we bailed, with the loses of 6 ships (Half the fleet)

We reshipped and took the same setup out for another run, but at its december all systems were just empty, so after 15 jumps we desided to step down, and do something else.

I think the RR Exequror is only good in teams of 2-3 and against cruisers and frigates. I know we had a team out not long ago, who had great fun in them with a 20min long battle.

Anyway, its Cristmas time, so i didnt exspect much. And hour before the WAR kicked in i formed a fleet to go hunt WTs. I dont know what i exspected but a 48 man pure FRONT fleet in empire was the last thing on my list. Within the first 3 min of the WAR we managed to get the two first kills, and within two hours, we had killed over 1.2B isk worth. Not alot really, but alot for an empire WAR just started, not shooting freighters ect.

That said i do belive Sue is a pretty cool dude.

Quite a bit of smack was going in local, and i can imagine, 9 people will fell blobed by 48, but you cant really ask people not to take part in a WAR, when its a WAR we didnt choose, just to get fair fights.
