I'm all for hitting things from the back of those same things, but you'll never get carebears to do anything for themselves but carebear, then run to the forums to tell mommy someone hit them....from the back....

Harry - for a little bit of fun - how about going to Karan - thats TEST new home. Why single out one Null Sec Organization over another? When they all are out to get the folks living in High Sec.

Lets not all forget that TEST were major parts in the Burn Jita's, the Ice Interdiction, and Hulkageddon.

But because TEST had made enemies of their friends, and Goon's need the extra revenue with the Odyssey Changes - everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to kill Goons.

I have been following the stories on EN24 and TM.C - and I must say, EN24 is a laughing joke. There is so much open biased towards anything Goon related, heck, lets call it what it is, HATRED. Yet, the TM.C - their stories are well written, researched, and provided from all angles, not just the Goon Side. Sure Goons love to troll with their comments, but lets look at the stories themselves. And the information they provide.

I did not read much about the news, I just don't like the philosophy of the goons, they like making fun about others, don't get me wrong for sure there are goons out there who show some respect to the new but most of them don't behave that way

in general there are way to many people who think it is really funny to laugh about others, and i got the feeling it started with the goons as they are pushing in that direction

there are some options however, they can surrender, replace mittani with another CEO, and rename the mittanigrade into freedome tower... VFK from that point anwards should be a place where all hisec carebears can mine in peace, we won't stop until that is happening

TEST however have a different philosophy, i did see some videos where they said every ship counts also new and unexperienced capsuleers, nevertehless also in that alliance there are som black sheeps, which need to be silenced... however i still have the hope TEST is taking care of those on their own and find back to their roots

You seem to forget part of your history, because it's convenient for you. TEST were once part of the CFC, they were taken in and taught everything they know. And has every child does against their parent, they rebelled. So for TEST to go back to their "roots" as you call it, that means going back to the CFC, and everything they stand for. They have not forgotten their roots, they just have focused themselves on the wrong target. And like any good parent has to do, Goons are discipling a child.

I think you mean disciplining. Or was this a slip-up that means the Goons=Scientology thread was really on to something?

The point is, TEST is fighting Goons. Therefore TEST must be supported. It's like if Saruman were fighting Sauron. You may not like Saruman, but you have to support him.

Well I got my screenshots. Wasn't surprised to see a bubble/gate camp directly after jumping into null sec, however was surprised I wasn't caught in it.

Made it to VFK! After doing some recon I will push forwards to setting up a battle camp. But first I need to go back to High-sec and do some mining to pay for the frigates.

I have bad news for you, my friend. Both of you that participated in the attack.

In your agreement to engage in combat, you have ceased to be a carebear. Oh sure, you lost your pod and have been returned to hisec. You have returned to your carebear brethren for now, but unlike them you aren't just about words. You have balls.

Soon you will want more of the joy that accompanied you on your journey. You will research fittings, equip better, go into lowsec and before you realize it - you will start looking down on carebears and ganking them for your own amusement. In your act of defiance against the mighty coalition that ruins all aspects of existence...

...YOU HAVE BECOME A GOON!

Also you have more balls than most hisec people. Now get out there, fight the good fight. Tell them it's possible and send a few navy/pirate battleships with full faction/deadspace fitting into the sweet embrace of EC- campers!

Pffft. I haven't seen evidence of actual Goons in this game yet. Merely taking the name and acting like a douche doesn't cut it. Real Goons would have burned this game to the ground years ago and pissed on the ashes laughing. The "Goons" here actually care enough to keep things interesting for others.

You sir have no idea what a Goon is, the Fellowship of 10bux loves this game and would never want to see such a ready source of pubbie tears removed. For so long as there be pubbie tears to harvest Goon's shall continue to carefully nurture and care for this awful game.

Wow there's some hate in this thread.

So why is it that carebears are so horribly maligned and when the notion of them making roams to nullsec come up (which is at the baseline what this is) here comes more hate?

But seriously, if you want to have some carebearish nullsec fun, don't send ships down into the gank pipelines just to die in a campfire and make the renters on the borders feel like the have a purpose. Form wolfpacks of bombers or bomber/blackops groups and use wormholes to go into DEEP null. Then bomb stuff.

Now if you think such a thing is futile, remember that for every ISK not being earned by those tasked to hunt your ass, there's one more being spent on the same endeavor. There's also the uncountable factor of everybody docked up in their POS and all those bots they would be afraid to launch too.

Fact is no wolfpack is going to take down a nullsec corp by any military means, but the damage in ISK and operations would be enough to put economic pressure on them and make life harder. The only reason why the nullbears are lording it up out there practically untouched in their blue donut is because nobody will be creative and do anything about it. CPP has already provided the tools so complaining about it in the forums is pointless .

And if there is hate to go around, I would bet that Mr. Nullsec who loves to complain "carebear this and carebear that" is going to cry like an interior decorator in a house fire when he can't do the one thing he gave up all but his game to do: run anoms and rat. And all because people wanted to stir up some trouble because... well because they can. Hulks used to get ganked because those doing it simply could.

I like what you guys are doing. I got around 30 Ospreys that I'll donate the the endeavor. I built them for sh!ts and giggles experimenting with production and I got a BP for some runs of other ships too.

Last week I almost reprocessed the ships because - well I'm too lazy to sell them (like the billions in exploration and deadspace/faction modules from said exploration I have) but something told me "hold onto them, somebody might need them".

OK then, you want them, you got them. I think I can also build rifters but I'll have to check.

Rifters aren't the op boat they once were. The tiericide knocked the crown of The Frigate King onto the floor. For the moment, it would appear that kitey missile boats like the Condor and the Hookbill and (relatively) heavy brawlers like the Merlin and the Incursus are currently fighting over it.
