I think the scatter mechanic has once again proved its value here ITT.

It's more like nothing changed and nothing was added.

I mean Cruises got better, but guns are still the best. So I had my 5 mins fun on CNR/Golem and now I'm back on my Mach.
Exploration was never good at Hi sec so I didn't really waste a lot of time on it.
BS change, again Mach is still the same, nothing changed, nothing new.
New Navy BCs - cool, I still have no idea where to use it outside PvP.

Basically nothing happened, therefore nothing to like or dislike.

Whatever.

It must be a fun game when you only sit in hi-sec running missions all day... no wonder why you think nothing new has been added. There has been a ton of new things added, you just have to leave the comfort carebear zone of hi-sec.

No I don't.

This game is about carebears, not noobbears aka nullbears.

P.S. If it wasn't there would be no Hi-sec at all.

Whatever.

Then you have no room to complain there is no new content. Seeing as there is plenty of new content, you just refuse to realize it because it does not cater to the hi-sec bears. If this game was about one thing, there would not be another option.

I agree with the op.

The new exploration mechanic changes is a massive step down compared to how exploration was before this so called expansion.

It's actually more of a contraction than an expansion.

The new Data and Relic sites are a waste of time. The loot drops have been nerfed back to the stone age and the amount of isk gained from them doesn't even come close to justifying the amount of time spent doing the mini hack click fest game. The loot spew is a great big slap in the face after spending the time to successfully complete that click fest.

All ships being able to see Cosmic Signatures without even dropping a probe is definitely immersion breaking, not to mention the automatic recall of probes.

There's so many more things that goes against the very core mechanic of this game that it boggles the mind to think CCP actually forced this change on the playerbase.

End rant.

The "spew job" aka the scattering mechanic has made me stop doing data and relics entirely. The CSM said in the townhall that they weren't overly concerned about it so I guess it's here to stay.

Unfortunate.

Exploration was a good way to make isk, high risk with high reward in null. Now it has been
reduced to a joke. Previous patch nerfed belt spawns, now the signatures. This both affected
pilot activity, no more interest for belt roaming and fighting over spawns. no more fights over
signatures, everybody will end up flying cov op frigates.

I don't know about low/highsec but I tend to make a shitton of Iskies running relic sites in nullsec.

Which is fine because it makes them open for easy ganking via stealth bomber small gun fire. pew pew!

aye, saw your video Big smile

it's kind of cool you can play both sides of that game with the same basic skill plan. hopefully enough players step up so they don't feel like they have to put the red crosses back in.
