All ccp rules apply, i pay the transfer fee.
Char is located in hisec, pos. sec. status and wallet. Gets shot in amarr space. (check standings tab on eveboard)
Has 1 bonus remap.

Arrowall loki subs to V
Arrowcan use cov ops cloak for the loki
Arrowcan fly ceptor and dictors

Other skills are spread out and work in progress. Would suit somebody for null doctrines,as she can be in a doctrine quickly.
Not a perfectly skilled char - that's why the B/O is 5,5 Bil
Char can go within minutes.

Need to check mails before i can confirm (have 1-2 offers, but did not manage b4 DT).
Do you prefer the 5 B/O with bad amarr standing or 5.5 Bil with standing above -5.0 ? (I think i could fix that today)
