Find out what is kept in the POS. Sell the PW once you know there are ratting carriers or something in there.

I know for sure it has a Rorqual in it. There are also a variety of industrial ships. Finally, and I'm not positive, but they might be keeping a Paladin in the station.

Pilot it out to a safe spot, eject from the ship and ask people passing through the system if they're interested. It'll go in no time. As soon as someone's interested, just fleet them up and they'll be able to warp to your safe to complete the transaction.

Or you can ask Monk in game. He can arrange for the ships to be moved and offer you a fair price for your help in securing them.
