Since the rebalance of ships, it seems the only T1 ship of the gallente lineup that can fit a Festival Launcher is a Celestis.

CCP, could you please change the Festival Launcher so it uses a utility high slot instead of a "launcher" slot, which the gallente now have so few.

The old snowball launcher didn't require a specific weapon slot either..

And it's not like the festival launcher actually does something besides fancy fireworks or snowballs.

I agree. I sold my Naglfar because the rebalance took away its launcher slots, and I can't shoot people on the undock with firework launchers anymore.

I, for one, welcome the new hardpoint-specific Festival Launcher.

...not really. CCP, please fix it. Or break it. Or whatever it is that has to be done in order to make it just a generic highslot module like salvagers and tractor beams and probe launchers.

I use a CNR or the new caldari destroyer to spray fireworks on mission runners while they leave station. These are the best ships for this job. Plan to fit the drake navy issue similarly.

Any colour you like.

This, I want my mining barge to shoot things again.
