CCP, could you please change the Festival Launcher so it uses a utility high slot instead of a "launcher" slot, which the gallente now have so few.

CCP, please fix it. Or break it. Or whatever it is that has to be done in order to make it just a generic highslot module like salvagers and tractor beams and probe launchers.
