Support Ticket System from launcher

Hi

I just had an issue with my other char not loggin in.
In the process I noticed that I created the ticket from this char, because the other one would not log in and this resulted in constant loggin out, loggin Lex in, readin GM message, log Lex out, log in other char, do as told, log back to lex to add Ticket information... and so forth.

My suggestion: make the ticket system avaiable through the launcher.
Or at least make the tickets avaiable for all characters of the same account so one can cross-read.

Would add more functionality to the launcher, and usefullness, especially if you could quickly check ticket responses, etc.

If you're driven to threaten others with harm or violence because of what they do in game, you can't separate fantasy from reality. That "griefer/thief" is probably more sane than you are. How screwed up is that?
