Replacement for OutOfEVE?

It has been some time since I bothered to look OutOfEVE since it didn't look like it was updating. Does anyone know if a replacement was found or if OOE moved under new ownership?

Just in case you happen to have an older version, the latest one can be picked up here:

Runs of the Incursion database fine. I haven't tried it with Incarna yet.

Last comment from the author that I remember, was that he planned on reworking some of the base code since the new API format was coming. But certainly haven't heard anything from him since then.

I have yet to find anything that compares to this, that I can install on my own server. (Before someone gets upset, there have been a couple nice tools out there. But they don't have all the tools OOE does, they want lots of isk for it, and/or it's dependant on a specific forum for authentication)
