This thread needs to be locked and deleted. If your wives find out how easy this is, they will start Eve accounts and do what the son did on purpose.

Edit* another observation: The nickname is "toon" not "tune." Though some people of class refer to it as space man.

afaik, CCP bans accounts that were used for botting, or received isk from botting.

maybe he didn't use your accounts for botting, but perhaps that fathers day EVE present was paid with illicit funds... just a thought.

i guess its time to have that "talk", the one where you explain to your son that winners don't use drugs, drunk girls are assumed to be saying no even if they are unconscious, and that there are no shortcuts to success. also, please do mention a thing or two about aliens... they live among us. and unless we unite to fight them they will overthrow our governments replacing our leaders with zombies and it will all be lost, ALL OF IT I TELL YOU.

Letting your child bot is like buying them heroine. You are giving them money for something they will use and be inactive on for a majority of the time. Botting = heroine, what kind of a role model are you trying to be here?

It's only a game. NCSoft permabanned my 8 years of progress and 38 alts for no reason at all when they shut down City of Heroes. At least you can start over.

They close the petition saying they will do nothing further.

I think this is a policy that is not consistent nor appropriate for my circumstances.

I'm asking myself, should I set up a separate botting computer on a separate credit card, and when all my toons get banned, point to this thread and say "it wasn't me, it was my father who botted"?
