GMS lying, CSM for 00 alliances and CCP spending more in marketing than development.

Putting as much detail into this as possible will help other capsuleers find any obvious flaws in your expectations, or even try to replicate your problem. Once you have other people able to replicate your problem, you should submit a bug report.

Sentences. Paragraphs. Stay on topic. Describe your expectations, what actions you took, and how the outcomes varied from your expectations.

you think that stuff in eve is being reviewed and read and actioned logically and in order.


if the game is so wondefully managed.... why after the last 4 expansions the increase in players is like 2.4%.

The problem with accusing someone of lying is that there is always two sides to the story.

Player: Help me GM I lost my ship to a DC/lag

GM: Our logs show nothing

Player: Your lying, my client wa laggy/dc'd

Both are correct but both could accuse the other of lying about it because neither side has access to the others.


I'd imagine getting to be a DEV/GM in EVE is not something they give away in a crackjack box (maybe apart from the chap who came up with the NEX store) and he/she really has no reason to lie, he /she has a mutlitude of other excuses they can use.

Use the petitioning system to complain not the bloody forums you just come across as a bit of a spoilt child who isn't getting his own way.

As I recall from my few petitions, if you don't like the result a GM gives a petition, there is an option to escalate it. This will send it to another GM(I would assume a senior GM, but this IS CCP) for review.

Don't submit a 2nd petition, escalate the first one(it may be to late now if it is already closed)

^^ That is pretty much the case. If you meet all these prerequisites and have not run them before then you should be able to use these agents (mind you, only once; they will not be reset once you have used them). If there is still something wrong, please file a petition.

Note: I have NOT looked into these petitions in any way, thus I have no way of knowing if the GMs in question were correct and cyllan anassan misinterpreted the answer, if the GMs were wrong and they misinterpreted cyllan anassan's question, or if the GMs in question simply lacked the proper knowledge on these agents. All of these are a possibility; however, GMs are not allowed to lie and if we catch a GM doing so (which I have personally have not seen so far, although where humans are involved mistakes do happen) they will receive a harsh reprimand. Usually when someone perceives a GM as lying to them it involves a misunderstanding as opposed to a lie.

please read the 2 petitons on my character 16 august and 2 days ago, GM NickyArikado, lies to me about kudi datacenter agents being bugged and tells me to do other missions....... (twice one on each petition)

i asked him both times for dev logs of broken agents missions he refused.

on the second petition i dealt with the same issue about datacenter in kudi with gm Eskimo, who while not liying , he

implied(indirectly) that i had already run those missions already, well i havent , then he went offline and i got stuck with GM

NickyArikado telling me again they are bugged , go and do another mission

the point is i dont have the money for gold tags and all 10 agents keep saying "i got nothing for you" i have amarr 8 standing

andi had to point this out from an eve walkthrough , that this is the standing needed , not the ministry of war as GM skimo kept

trying to tell me i had to do more missions for them, and telling me my standing wasnt high enough,


at the end one lies twice another is like talking to the wall , i havent run those 10 data center agents in kudi, and i asked gm eskimo to check which ones i had, because he seemed to insinuate (indirectly ) i had already run them once .....


no i havent i have done a couple of the easy tags months ago, but i didnt have enough tags so i started buying orders.


i say GM NickyArikado lied to me twice , you got the logs you can check it out, i am fed up with the whole thing, i never

accepted 10 data missions where i didnt have the tags, nobody checks the logs they tell you go and do other sites/ reset

cache/ your standing not good enough/ and the agents are bugged...............every petition an uphill struggle.... all i asked the

guy at the end was to reset the agents because all 10 were not working, not hard right?...... VERY!!!!!!

tl;dr COSMOS missions are old and abandoned by CCP who are too busy playing space barbie while EVE is quickly dieing and failcascading because I NEED THAT MONOCLE.

Seriously though, COSMOS is broken to fudge and back from data center agents to the mission agents giving modules that are worse to fit than T1 in some cases.

guess what, i raised the crap cosmos "reward" blueprint issue in the assembly hall and in a petition.


nobody from CSM, bothered to answer.


obviously the CSM is more interested in nerfing wormhole mining so 00 can keep making a fortune on moon stuff and mercoxit.

i dont mind space barbies, but these days CCP spends more in marketing than eve development.

they are EVERYWHERE, half of websites have eve ads

I cannot and will not discuss individual or specific petitions or cases on the forums. If you wish to revisit these cases or wish to file a complaint about the way these petitions were handled then that complaint will have to be handled through the petition system. Communication about petitions is considered private and I will not compromise that privacy.

I can assure you, though, that any complaint will be handled with care and taken seriously. A senior GM will always be involved where complaints like these are filed.

tried the petitions , and they didnt bother checking the logs
that is why i was asking someone to publish the html images of the conversations, as i cant do this here it wont let me.

and this forum is the only one i know regarding eve.....

i am not asking you to discuss this on forum, you should actually start an investigation with the logs of the petition and the info from the forums that i have given you


if you think i am going to waste my time again retyping everything to file another PETITION..... i rather quit.... is not worth it.
you can take all this comunication as an official petition if you like.... you got 2 already filed.

actually this is the last of a long series of gripes with eve

the game is not free is a subscription service, i am addressing standard issues

if you think your subscription is not worth complaining it is your problem

telling me i need professional help because i am complaining is plain disgusting

i invested 2 years of my life playing eve, i got a reason to be angry, well angry

No offence meant, but going by the way you posted here it sounds more likely to be more you not comunicating your problem clearly enough to them and they're misunderstanding you, either update your current petition or make a new petition explaining the issue clearly and calmly, step by step, and then place at the end of it "please can i have this issue escelated to a higher level, i would like it dealt with by a senior GM as it involves issues i have with GM's". That should get it to the right person, and hopefully they can help you out.

Yes as i thought... That really says nothing, it's not veryu clear and extremely rude, you need to be more clear and explain exactly what the problem is, not give some vague description that makes little sense.
