Gifts Erased after Moving PLEX back to Redeemable Items

This is a bug report. I've yet to submit a support ticket / bug in game, since I feel I already overused this feature. :-(

How to reproduce the bug:
Have gifts (like festival launchers) in "Redeemable Items" obtain a Pilot's License Extension and move it to redeemable Items, stationed in Jita 4-4 CNAP. Result: Gift vanishes with no way to retrieve it.

Maybe I'm overlooking a hidden tab, a magic basket where unopened gifts go? Does ignoring CCP gifts get punished in this cold, harsh and indifferent universe (of EVE)?

I simply don't think I should go on with this habit without my Red Star shirt and the stuff that accumulated over 5 years of absence although admittedly I already used 'dat blasted PLEX to extend my stay.

But the worst thing I remember reading a topic about it, though I don't recall where and when.
