HELP! Launcher does not work!!!

I cant download eve (even offline version). I managed to use other pc and fllash drive though Ugh
Now the launcher is not even validating. Please tell me what to do.

win 7 x64 sp1 ( all up to date)
gtx680 (all up to date)
8gb ram
everything is up to date and no viruses or any other issues with pc, just eve Cry

eve online repair tool failed, cant even repair eve ?

Reinstalled client , cleared all reg and disk , checked for errors , virs ect ect ect still not working. The Launcher does not work, I tryed to use it on other pc and laptop and still no luck !!!!!!!!!!!!
