Hey GD!

Are you mad at a mechanic in the game?

Are you angry at that "evil pvp-er" and want to change the way he killed you?

Do you hate cloaks? (Do you REALLY hate cloaks because you like to mine all day and warp off when somebody comes in system because other people are scary?)

Do you secretly know that what you're complaining about will make you look like a complete wimp and incompetent at this game?

Are War-Decs scary? (Even though you say "I'll kick the arse of anybody who wardecs me, because my infinite invention and hauling experience translates to fitting a ship correctly)

Well look no further!!

Use a forum alt! Because people will definitely take your thoughts under consideration because you had the balls to post with your main.

Seriously, when you whine about a mechanic and use a forum alt, no one is going to listen to you, or take your threats seriously.

If you are confused, look at the past 2 pages of complaints on the GD page. I say complaints, because they don't offer viable solutions to the inferred "problem," they're just nagging for a change.

I welcome debate.

Having a forum alt implies also having a forum main. Neither of which may be your ingame main ;)

I have no problem making an arse out of myself on my main. If people can't love me for who I am, then who need's 'em.

I hate alts and evil PvPers though, especially the second group. Damn Blue Fed.

Never used a forum alt. I tend to think most people who do are cowards. So I agree it's time for you forum pvpers to man up, grow a pair and let the pieces fall where they may.

Actually it doesn't work like you think it does. If you just whine and complain without valid points, no one wil listen to you no matter who you post on. If you threaten people on the forums, no one will take you seriously no matter who you post on. On the other hand, if you post constructively with actual valid points, sensible people will listen to you no matter who you post on. I know it may seem shocking, but when it comes to the game the people whose opinion actually matters are mainly just interested in the content of your posts and not the character making the post.

So what you are saying is that people don't actually read the post but rather prejudge based on your affiliation or lack there of.
or to put it another way if you you don't belong to the right corp or alliance your comments will be completely ignored.
or if you don't belong to a major alliance or corp you must be alt and therefore should be ignored.

How about judging a post over it's content instead of the avatar beside it? A bad post from PL is just as bad as a bad post from caldari provision...

I am still hoping that one day, I will find a game forum where the shitpoasting come from only one category of player so I can safely ignore all from them and be left with all the good stuff. So far, none are even close to that.
