You can in the pirate stories, but the names have to be blacked out. Be happy they didn't lock the thread. While I agree with you it's important to be able to provide proof, there's good reason for the rules as they stand. Though, then threads turn into: "The guy's a thief. No I'm not. Yes you are. No I'm not." There's no perfect balance on the eve-o forums.

I would look on the bright side. Almost no one checks the forums or Google prior to accepting your application.
