We are now.

Not a BS to be seen anywhere. Twisted
We made it fairly deep into GoonSpace before dying on a series of gatecamps. We swarmed through the first two, after that we started getting picked off pretty easily.

I was red-boxed by about a dozen even as I was burning to the gate.
BOOM, baby!
Lol

Didn't actually accomplish anything except to generate giggles. Mission accomplished.

Edit:
11 on the KM. That's a lot of firepower for one little Venture. Cool

Other than the ones in our fleet? No - Don't think so - We were were too focused on breaking through the camps. Lesson learned - NEXT time, we're going to warp to contact, and primary one member of the camp.

Edit:
Honestly, we actually had enough hulls that we *could* have done some damage, if we'd organized that way.

Respect. Cool

Most likely the answer is yes they are and probably without one kill to speak of. I DO love player emergent gameplay as it is the life blood of EVE.

Oh god.

That comment, along with your signature, is hilarious.
Cool

Yeah, we had fun. No staring at rocks melting, no butchering hapless faction rats in job-lots, no grinding out industrial products ad nauseaum...

Out of Hi, into and through Lo, and into Nul. Cool

That's awesome!

To me, half the fun is getting away/busting camps and other action ...not always the kills.

So how many were in the fleet? I'm so sorry I missed it! Hopefully you guys will want to go out again and again today. Might I suggest seeding a few hundred fully fit fleet doctrine ships in contracts in New Caldari?

Yup - No kills. Other than ourselves.
What of it? Low-cost and something different than sitting about on our butts whinging about how terrible EVE is.

We had 10 in fleet, not quite enough to turn the fight on the gate camps. Fun none the less. My first time in nul!

Who cares if we rout the camp? All we need to do is turn on ONE camper like a bunch of rabid weasels, and it'll be screamingly funny even if we don't get a kill... I can hear the screams of panic now "Gittem off me! Gittem off meee!"

Today at 18:30 EVE time a small armada of 10 brave pilots left for an encounter with fate.

In exquisite welp fit Ventures the Armada made headway. After a brief issue with the EVE Audio was corrected (can we get an Audio Test option maybe?) the fleet moved towards their unknown destination in the depths of hostile territory, Fully expecting some form of gate camp along the way the crew was surprised to find a clear jump route to destination.

Upon arriving in in D-Z we encountered out first fleet. Our scout spied a bubbleless gate camp, however this did not pan out as hoped, upon jumping into system the hostiles moved assets into position and the jig was up. With bubbles in position the Ventures had only one choice burn to the gate cross their fingers and hope for a quick session change. Many brave pilots flamed out under the guns of the opposition, yet hope remained several pilots made it through and the precious cargo they carried from high sec was still en route to its destination.

The Test Dummies and Homeless brought to seek GSF assylum could see the light at the end of the tunnel, with the light of the B-D gate ahead of them 3 pilots made the final run before the home stretch, die or live operation TEST resupply was almost complete.

Unfortunately upon reaching the gate drag bubbles resulted in a required burn. Which allowed several ships to enter from B-D and to catch up from behind. Unfortunately 4K from gate the last pilot was executed in a brief fireball, followed by a scream that went unheard across the expanse of space.

All in all was a fun event, would have been nice to die on the B-D station like planned but honestly was surprised we made it as far as we did. No AWOX attempts, no surprise camps, no Smartbombing BS. Had a fun time leading you all to your deaths, I hope you enjoyed the new corpse animation!

Thanks to all who made it out.
